Using VibeDJ
VibeDJ is free to use for making music in your browser. Please don’t misuse it: no attacks or attempts to bypass limits, no automated scraping, and no uploading or sharing content you don’t have the rights to.
Your music
What you make is yours. You can export and share your songs, including commercially, as long as you respect the sound licences below.
Sounds and licences
- Built-in sounds are synthesised in your browser or come from sample libraries licensed for this use.
- Library sounds from Freesound are used under their Creative Commons licences (CC0 or CC BY). CC BY sounds need attribution, listed in our sound credits. If you publish a song that uses them, please credit the authors too.
- Generated sounds are made with Stability AI’s Stable Audio, and Stability AI’s terms apply to them.
- Song search shows song information and previews from Apple iTunes and Deezer for inspiration only. VibeDJ doesn’t copy or ship those recordings, and their rights remain with their owners.
Limits
Some features, such as live sound kits, have daily limits per connection and for the whole site, and may be paused at any time.
No warranty
VibeDJ is provided “as is”, without warranties. Please export anything you want to keep, because browser storage can be cleared. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost work or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use VibeDJ means you accept the current version. See also our privacy page.
